Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and service commercial beverage equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Manage service vehicle inventory to support efficient repairs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Provide technical support to sales when required.




- Assist with field testing of recent products and market rollouts.
- Travel as needed to resolve service issues and support installations.

Qualifications

- Diploma, degree, or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with professional communication.
- Refrigeration experience and certification considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
