The Company is seeking a Vice President and General Manager for a business unit that specializes in mission-critical naval technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business, which serves both domestic and international military customers, and is known for solving complex shipboard equipment handling challenges.
This role requires a leader with outstanding qualities, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed. The VP and GM will be accountable for the business's performance, including revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and talent development.





They will also be tasked with strategic and operational initiatives to ensure the financial strength and operating efficiency of the business.

Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a preference for an advanced degree in business management or marketing. A minimum of 10-12 years of direct defense industry experience is required, along with a solid understanding of running a complex multi-product and multi-value stream business.
The role demands a leader with a proven track record in producing results, meeting financial targets, and leading product development. Experience in business development, international business, and managing a multi-national operational company is essential.

The ideal candidate will be growth-minded, learning-oriented, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
