Outside Sales Representative – Industrial. Status: Regular, Full time. Location: Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities

- Identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers based on criteria established by the Business Centre Manager.
- Maximize sales to all customers.
- Suggest alternative and complementary products.
- Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, based on the circumstances.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of customers, products and the competition.
- Track customer profitability and credit levels.
- Inform the Manager about any negative trends.
- Work with the team to understand strengths and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve the brand promise.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills and a good track record for generating results.
- Self‑reliant and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver high‑quality work.
- Excellent knowledge of customers, industry trends, products and competition.

Compensation and Benefits





Commission based on sales. Laptop and cell phone provided. Travel allowance plus a green driving allowance. Annual profit‑sharing offered to all employees.
