You will also work closely with the sales team, management, and lending partners to help create a smooth and positive buying experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with financing, leasing, and vehicle purchase paperwork
- Present available protection products, warranty options, and coverage packages in a professional manner
- Work with banks and lending partners to help secure financing approvals
- Review contracts, applications, and documentation for accuracy
- Support customers through the final stages of the vehicle buying process
- Communicate clearly with the sales team, management, and finance partners
- Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, and legal requirements
- Provide a positive, organized,

Requirements

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive, and organized approach
- Comfort working with numbers, paperwork, and customer information
- Ability to explain financing and protection options clearly
- Sales, finance, banking, insurance, or automotive experience is an asset
- Previous dealership finance experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Willingness to learn, follow processes, and grow within the role
- Valid driver’s licence
