SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
- Expertise in User Experience (UX), Visual Design, User Flows, Wireframes, High-Fidelity UI, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance research, ideation, workflows, and user experiences.
- Strong understanding of User Research, Usability Testing, Information Architecture, WCAG Accessibility, and Inclusive Design.
- Experience designing enterprise platforms, SaaS products,



or data-intensive digital applications in Agile environments.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders to drive product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and design leadership skills with experience in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and design-to-development handoff.
