Enhance educational programs with 3D simulation training at the University of Calgary's Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. This fixed-term, part-time role supports innovative 3D printing and curriculum development. The University of Calgary is searching for a motivated Research Assistant to support 3D asset creation for pathology training.

As part of a collaborative team, you will operate 3D printing and scanning technologies while developing simulation materials. This position involves working closely with the Principal Investigator to refine educational resources and enhance training programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate 3D printing and scanning equipment safely
- Produce educational simulation materials and 3D moulds
- Fabricate silicone and gelatin specimens for training
- Digitize specimens using 3D technology
- Assist in developing curricula and educational resources Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 1+ year of technical experience
- Familiarity with 3D printing and scanning technologies
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of statistical software and data analysis Contribute to cutting-edge educational advancements at the University of Calgary.
