We’re hiring an Account Executive to run sales conversations with pre-qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and close new business. This role focuses on converting warm opportunities into long-term clients, not cold prospecting.

What you’ll do

- Run discovery and demo calls with pre-qualified B2B prospects
- Manage follow-ups and guide prospects through the decision process
- Own your pipeline and keep HubSpot accurate and up to date
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue goals
- Collaborate with the founders to improve messaging, positioning, and close rates

What we’re looking for

- Fluent English speaker based in Canada




- Proven B2B closing experience (high-ticket services preferred)
- Strong consultative selling skills with C-level decision-makers
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals at once
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote, performance-focused environment
- Base salary + commission
- On-target earnings range: CAD $90,000–$120,000
- Fully remote role (Canada)
