Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Parry Sound, ON.

The Account

Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and presenting tailored insurance solutions, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include assessing clients' insurance needs, preparing quotes, negotiating terms with providers, and providing excellent customer service.



The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management

- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and financial services

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proficiency in organizational and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

- Qualified demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients

- RIBO license and/or experience in insurance sales is an asset

- Experience with insurance management or CRM software is an advantage
- A post-secondary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
