We’re looking for a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive to join our tenured, high-performing team selling into some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

It’s an opportunity to shape the future of our upmarket business by bringing Klaviyo to customers who are reimagining their marketing tech stack. From first touch to signed agreement, you’ll own the full sales cycle—partnering closely with teams across Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive long‑term value for our customers. You’ll be selling to companies like Marc Jacobs, Walmart’s Home Brands, TaylorMade Golf, and Citizen Watches.

Build and grow Klaviyo’s Mid‑Market and Enterprise client base Drive full‑cycle sales efforts: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close Create and execute territory and account strategies for long‑term growth Partner cross‑functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a world‑class buying experience Share market insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available to be in‑office 3 days/week ~Experienced in technical selling—able to communicate value with clarity and confidence ~ Knowledge of the marketing automation or CDP space is a plus ~ Committed to learning, sharing, and contributing to a high‑trust sales culture We’re committed to building a company that reflects the diversity of the customers we serve—and that starts with our team.

The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job‑related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events.
