Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role supports our growing volume of invoices and requires someone who thrives in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment with the discipline to work independently and accurately.

This and on-site position, and will be based out of Peace River, Alberta.

No remote or hybrid arrangements are available.

What You'll Do

- Process high-volume accounts receivable data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify invoicing details with managers across multiple locations
- Track, report, and communicate with clients and internal colleagues via email
- Meet deadlines independently, with minimal supervision
- Support additional finance and administrative duties as needed

What You Bring

- 2 years of AR experience in the oil and gas industry (required)
- Familiarity with oil and gas invoicing platforms such as Axon,



Open Invoice, or Dynamics 365 (asset)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma; oil and gas administration certificate is an asset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
