This position is critical to enhancing Minnesota's Parks and Trails, focusing on strategic development and property management. You will oversee project planning, liaise with government and community stakeholders, and ensure compliance with environmental impacts. Your expertise in coordination will enhance outdoor recreation facilities across the state, impacting local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development work plans for assigned projects
- Coordinate land acquisition activities and partnerships




- Participate in planning and evaluating development impacts
- Assist in all project phases from conception to completion
- Provide staff support for land management tasks Requirements:
- Associate's degree in related field and two years of experience
- Knowledge of outdoor recreation facilities
- Solid communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to navigate natural terrain and use communication tools
- Valid Class D driver’s license required Utilize your skills in project coordination, acquisition, and environmental management to enhance Minnesota's natural resources.
