Become a vital part of Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as an Addiction Recovery Support Staff in Thunder Bay, ON. This full-time position is centered on providing structure and care for clients in recovery. This role involves direct supervision and operational support within a faith-based setting, emphasizing compassionate care for clients overcoming addiction.

You will engage with clients through various activities, assist in maintaining a respectful atmosphere, and provide critical crisis response. Strong relational and organizational skills are key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain program structure and supervise client interactions
- Provide support during daily schedules and events
- Assist with medication management and safety checks




- Respond effectively to incidents or emergencies
- Support fundraising initiatives as needed Requirements:
- Education in social work, addiction services, or ministry is preferred
- Relatable experience in addiction recovery required
- Must have or obtain a Valid driver's license
- First Aid Certification and kitchen experience are advantageous
