Services as an Administrative Assistant, where your detail-oriented approach will be essential in overseeing administrative tasks. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work on ICM Service Requests, manage case transfers, and ensure data quality for performance metrics. This role also includes backing up client services staff and handling various office duties to maintain efficiency in service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate technical and office administrative duties
- Monitor client case transfers across WorkBC locations
- Update manuals and collaborate with case managers
- Complete statistical reports and archive closed files
- Maintain inventory and manage orders for supplies Requirements:
- High school diploma, administrative certificate preferred
- At least one year of administrative experience
- Advanced MS Office skills and internet proficiency
- Robust understanding of community resources
