Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for guiding prospective clients through immigration-related admissions and application processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing client eligibility, explaining program options, and outlining application requirements and timelines. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating documentation, and following up proactively to support clients throughout their journey.

Counselor collaborates with licensed consultants, provides timely updates, responds to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, and supports outreach or information sessions that promote the company’s services.



This role requires a professional, empathetic approach to client support and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
