Joseph's Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. You will collaborate with intensivists and cardiologists while caring for patients with cardiac conditions. This position includes 14-hour night shifts and requires a commitment to high-quality, family-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team
- Ensure clinical excellence in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain Medical Staff privileges as required
- Provide continuous monitoring for cardiovascular patients
Requirements:
- Masters in Nursing or Bachelors in Physician Assistant
- Advanced Practice RN License or PA License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Preferred 3 years of critical care experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
