This full time role demands proficiency in both conventional and CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You will work with technical specifications and strive for first-time quality while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various CNC and conventional machines
- Read and interpret Engineering and Manufacturing drawings
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Promote continuous improvement in machining processes
- Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency Requirements:
- Completion of recognized apprenticeship or trade program
- Minimum 5 years of CNC experience with strong GD&T; knowledge
- Familiarity with G-Code programming and probing routines
- Master Cam multi-axis programming experience preferred
