We’re hiring a full-time AI Automation & Operations Engineer to build intelligent workflows using tools like Crew.ai, and to automate real-world business processes across scheduling, finance, logistics, and compliance. You'll work directly with the founder to prototype, deploy, and scale agent-based automations that replace manual tasks across the company.

You’ll also learn core operational functions (like payroll and invoicing) specifically so you can automate them. This is a role for someone smart, curious, and ruthlessly practical — someone who wants to build systems that run entire businesses, not just apps.

What You'll Do Build agent workflows using Crew.ai, Zapier, Odoo, and custom logic

Set up automations for

Guard scheduling & shift management

Accounts payable/receivable & payroll

Incident reporting, HR compliance, document workflows

Learn how business ops really work — and then automate them

Build internal tools or interfaces (Airtable, Streamlit, custom UIs) where needed

Troubleshoot and optimize existing agent flows and AI integrations





Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Canadian public university (Degrees from private institutions like TRU or UCW will not be accepted)

Strong logic and reasoning ability

Experience with any of the following:

Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Crew.ai, n8n)

APIs and no-code/low-code platforms

Basic scripting (Python, JS) or agent orchestration

Comfortable learning business systems like payroll, AP/AR, and CRM with the intent of replacing manual processes

Compensation & Perks $25/hour during 3-month probation

$30/hour after probation

4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs) — full time pay for 80% of the week
