Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios

Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety

Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias

Design and test creative, challenging, and edge-case prompts to probe AI behavior

Submit structured, detailed feedback that directly informs AI improvement

Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and asking the right questions





Able to evaluate responses objectively and articulate what works and what doesn't

Strong written communicator with a positive eye for clarity and quality

Comfortable working in chat-based digital environments

Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
