Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with integrity and precision
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation and service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health standards
- Support the team with serving customers, upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order fulfillment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Valuable understanding of sanitation practices and food handling regulations
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Enthusiasm for upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales
