About the Opportunity The Analyst, Health Policy assists the policy team in representing the interests and Indigenous rights of the Métis Nation in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. By fostering relationships and embodying cultural sensitivity, the Analyst collaborates with government and organizational counterparts to develop meaningful recommendations that align with MNBC priorities. This role involves generating written analyses, engaging stakeholders, and undertaking technical writing.
The Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the healthcare system's understanding of Métis needs and culture, conveying complex information through briefings, reports, and communication materials.
Engaging in cooperative problem-solving, the Analyst aids in advancing Métis health and wellness, identifying alignment between strategic goals and the political landscape, and contributing to various reports and committees. Through continuous engagement and collaboration, this role strengthens MNBC's presence within the health policy realm.
