About The Role

We are seeking a People Analyst to play a pivotal role in building and advancing our people analytics capabilities. This role will focus on establishing a solid data foundation,



including designing and maintaining data infrastructure, designing reports and dashboards, cleaning and organizing datasets, and enabling accurate, timely reporting. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, surface critical insights, and support data-driven decision-making that drives our people strategy forward. In addition to these strategic initiatives, you will provide day-to-day support for Workday technical operations, including configuring business processes, handling EIB uploads, creating and maintaining reports, troubleshooting issues as they arise, general system configuration and testing.
