Collaborate with the Lead Early Childhood Educator to facilitate a supportive environment. You will be instrumental in applying the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum Framework and fostering each child's overall well-being through an engaging, play-based approach. Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Lead Educator to implement early learning strategies
- Create inclusive environments catering to diverse needs
- Engage in documentation and observation of children’s progress




- Support holistic child development through interactive learning
- Foster collaboration among school staff for consistent quality Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education mandatory
- At least three years working with preschool children
- Robust knowledge of inclusive and developmentally appropriate practices
- Valid First Aid and Food Handlers certifications
