Remote does not mean the position is open worldwide. Every day you’ll be working on different appliances, different homes, and different problems. Some calls are straightforward. Others require experience, troubleshooting, and good judgment.

The Right Candidate This Position Is

Best Suited For Someone Who Has at least 3 years of professional appliance repair experience

Can troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

Enjoys working in customers’ homes

Takes pride in quality workmanship

Has their own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment

Is comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation, photos, and reporting

Understands when a repair is outside their approved scope
