- "Technical Skills
- • Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments.
- • Experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring (or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools).
- • Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring.
- • Solid knowledge of SQL, including querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- • Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support activities.
- Domain Expertise
- • Experience in Capital Markets domain.
- • Prior exposure to supporting applications used by Trading Desks, Front Office, Middle Office, or Quantitative teams.
- • Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, and financial products is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, traders, quants, and technical teams.
- • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
