- Manage hiring, onboarding, and daily operations of the aquatics team
- Create and maintain employee and lesson schedules consistently




- Document and address any incidents involving staff or customers
- Teach swimming lessons and provide hands-on support as needed
- Track team certifications and development progress Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
- One year of customer service or management experience
- Experience in swimming or fitness teaching is preferred
