As an Aquatics Manager, you will oversee daily program operations while delivering exceptional customer interactions.

The position involves instructor management, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing student lessons to promote water safety. You will also handle scheduling, incident documentation, and further employee development to ensure everyone on your team is equipped for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage hiring, onboarding, and daily operations of the aquatics team
- Create and maintain employee and lesson schedules consistently




- Document and address any incidents involving staff or customers
- Teach swimming lessons and provide hands-on support as needed
- Track team certifications and development progress Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
- One year of customer service or management experience
- Experience in swimming or fitness teaching is preferred
