We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and creative professional to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Architect.

In this role, you will help organizations transform their business processes and create straightforward, human-centred and effective experiences. You will act as a bridge between business teams, end users and technical teams, translating complex requirements into coherent, intuitive and scalable solutions.

You will primarily contribute to projects involving the following solutions:

- Dynamics 365 Sales;
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service;
- Dynamics 365 Project Operations;
- Dynamics 365 Field Service;
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys;
- Microsoft Power Platform;
- Microsoft Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery, analysis and solution-design workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand business objectives, current processes, operational challenges and the day-to-day realities of users.
- Design simple, efficient and user-friendly target processes.
- Define the functional architecture of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Design data models, business rules, automation processes and security models.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Promote the use of standard Dynamics 365 capabilities while proposing creative solutions when required.
- Design and present mock-ups, prototypes and demonstrations to validate proposed approaches.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, data specialists, project managers and client teams.
- Guide functional and technical teams throughout the delivery process.
- Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing, issue resolution and production readiness activities.
- Support knowledge transfer, training and user adoption.
- Ensure the consistency, quality, simplicity and scalability of implemented solutions.




- Identify functional risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s methods, practices and tools.

Required Skills

- Excellent understanding of customer relationship management processes.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
- Experience with several of the following applications: Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, Field Service and Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Ability to design solutions spanning multiple business processes and functional areas.
- Good understanding of integration, data migration, security and governance concepts.
- Ability to transform complex requirements into explicit, simple and sustainable solutions.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, active listening and communication skills.




- Ability to explain functional and technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to develop solutions collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesis skills.
- Creativity, curiosity and openness to new ideas.

Education and Experience

- University education in business administration, information systems, computer science or a related field.
- At least six years of experience analyzing, implementing or improving business solutions.
- At least four years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience as a Functional Architect, Senior Functional Consultant or Solution Lead.
- Experience delivering projects from discovery through production deployment.
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is considered an asset.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery approaches is considered an asset.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are considered an asset.
