This role requires at least three years of nursing in a managerial capacity, along with one year in long-term care. You’ll manage priorities, achieve satisfaction targets, and ensure compliance with company and health regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and coaching to nursing staff
- Achieve Resident Satisfaction and Employee Engagement targets
- Meet quality indicators per company and Ministry guidelines

- Exceed department annual budget goals Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- 3+ years as a Registered Nurse in management
- 1+ year in long-term care nursing
- Current RN registration in Ontario
