Norland Limited is seeking General Labourers to join their team in the Victoria area. These roles support deep excavation and shoring projects, working closely with drilling and foundation teams. The ideal candidates are reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn, with a strong safety mindset and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Need

- Physically fit:



able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within BC
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a crew
- Good communication skills and strong safety mindset
- Commitment to comply with Norland’s Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Experience in pipe and foundation anchor operations (asset, not required)
- 1+ years of experience in a construction or drilling environment (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with shoring, anchoring, or ground engineering (asset)
