Partner with the business leaders, stakeholders and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding.
Provide sound advice to new & existing hiring managers on employment practices and ensure employment practices are in compliance with prevailing labour laws and guidelines.
Identify and develop new recruitment channels (including social media, LinkedIn etc.) to ensure sustainable pool of talents while reviewing effectiveness of existing recruitment channels
Review and rejuvenate existing recruitment promotional materials and efforts
Analyze trends and recruitment metrics with the HR department and provide HR solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness
Assist in policy and procedure reviews and development
Organise and coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, wellness campaigns, and company events to strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture.
Under-take any other HR initiatives or ad-hoc duties
Good to Have

Job Specification
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and talent management.
- Experience in the Education sector is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical skills
- Open to ideas, creative resilient, adaptable to changes, positive and proactive working attitude
- Team player and able to function independently
- Knowledge of labour law compliance issues and practices.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Relevant Certifications in HR field is advantage.
