In this supervisory role, you will assist the Maintenance Manager with daily operations and help to manage and repair all resort facilities. Your leadership will guide the Maintenance Team in achieving high standards of service, safety, and performance while fostering a strong teamwork culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise maintenance of resort buildings, facilities, and equipment
- Perform regular property inspections for compliance with safety codes




- Develop preventive maintenance programs for various systems
- Assist in monitoring utility usage for efficiency opportunities
- Train and mentor maintenance team members effectively Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Broad knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and construction
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Valid B.C. driver's license and clean record
