We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post regulatory documents within the suite of PMRI e-applications.
- Assist with the setup of new studies/clients within the suite of PMRI e-applications.
- Assist with tracking progress of ongoing studies.
- Prepare Project Management (PM) files for archiving.
- Assist the Regulatory Affairs e with CTA preparation and archiving.
- Assist posting Regulatory Documents to support maintain of Sponsor TMF when delegated.
- Maintain and track Sample Storage Notifications.
- Assist and prepare documents for electronic signatures.Other duties, as may be assigned by the Manager, Project Management or designate
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Sc.
degree
- Medical terminology knowledge is an asset
- 1 - 2 years experience in industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills plus the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
