Overview The Triton Competitive Swim Society is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach to work with both competitive and developing swimmers to help them reach their full potential for the 2026 - 2027 season! There is an opportunity to coach both our junior competitive swimmers, as well as the competitive swimmers up to 6 days per week.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
The ability to work independently
Possess knowledge of all four swim strokes
Be prepared to attend all swim competitions when required
Be adaptable in scheduling A valid drivers license and vehicle as coaching takes place in both Beaumont and Leduc, as well as in the City of Edmonton on occassion
Assist with monitoring swimmer progress, recording performance data,
and communicating achievements to the coaching staff.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the pool area to uphold health standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Swimming 101 or higher (or willingness to complete the course prior to the start of the swim season)
1+ years of swim coach experience
Criminal background and vulnerable sector check
Wage
