The Group Benefits team is looking for a passionate Associate Full Stack Software Engineer with an engineering mindset and a zeal for designing, developing and improving software products.You thrive on delivering resilient and scalable applications, with a focus on continuous delivery and agile principles. In this role, you will be part of the development and enhancement of both modern React and Node.js applications as well as the modernization of existing .NET/Java applications. Work with product owners, architects and senior engineers across the full software development lifecycle

Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and meaningful digital solutions

Drive incident investigations, root causes and continuous improvements with the team

Find thoughtful uses of AI tools to enhance development speed, efficiency, and quality

Computer Science degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge in Node.js, React, and Contemporary JavaScript





Experience with Web Services, APIs
