Position Overview

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake to resolution, including client meetings, drafting, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation where necessary. This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer looking to grow in a supportive workplace and be rewarded for results.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist lawyer to manage a caseload of personal injury files.
- Conduct client meetings, provide ongoing legal advice, and maintain client relationships.
- Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients at discoveries,



mediations, and court appearances.
- Work collaboratively with the principal lawyer and support staff to achieve excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

- Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of active practice in personal injury law.
- Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload.

Compensation

- Base Salary:$75,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
