Job Title:Personal Injury Lawyer – Associate (2+ Years Experience)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled associate lawyer to join our practice and handle a full caseload of personal injury matters.

Position Overview The successful candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake to resolution, including client meetings, drafting, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation where necessary. This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer looking to grow in a supportive environment and be rewarded for results.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lawyer to manage a caseload of personal injury files.

Conduct client meetings, provide ongoing legal advice, and maintain client relationships.

Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and other legal documents.





Represent clients at discoveries, mediations, and court appearances.

Work collaboratively with the principal lawyer and support staff to achieve excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Minimum 2 years of active practice in personal injury law.

Strong litigation and advocacy skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills.

Ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload.

Compensation

Base Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
