Your role will involve supporting underwriting processes and ensuring complete documentation for mortgage commitments.

Experience in the financial services sector or mortgage industry is preferred along with a relevant post-secondary education. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with mortgage brokers for loyalty
- Verify accuracy of documentation for mortgage conditions
- Collect required documents to meet mortgage commitment
- Escalate documentation issues for further review
- Document clear notes in the underwriting system Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Preference for experience in Financial Services
- Asset: Previous Mortgage industry experience
- Knowledge of Windows software required
