Position Overview: As an Automotive Detailer at J-Max Collision & Glass, you will be the first and last person to handle each vehicle coming through the shop. You are responsible for setting up the rest of team for success, and delivering the final product with pride, making each of our customers into raving fans for life! This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Detailing: Execute thorough detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to meet high-quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Pre-Wash Operations: Perform pre-wash and pre-check of vehicles prior to repairs, ensuring the vehicle is well documented and ready to be repaired with accuracy.
- Vehicle Movement: Safely drive and park vehicles throughout the day, ensuring efficient workflow within the Body Shop.
- Additional Operations:
Complete additional detail related operations to exceed the customer expectations and ensure a successful delivery of the vehicle.
- Compliance: Possess and maintain a valid driver's license to operate vehicles as required for detailing and pre-wash activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in automotive detailing and pre-wash operations is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive standard is an asset.
- Fundamental knowledge and interest in automotive repairs is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
