Join Enviros as an Awake Overnight Youth and Family Support Practitioner, helping youth thrive in the Passages Program. Contribute to fostering a safe environment and meaningful relationships every night. In this contract role, you'll work from August 2026 to September 2027, focusing on youth aged 12 to 17.

You will support trauma-informed care with a collaborative approach, ensuring the well-being of each youth. Key tasks include case management, maintaining safety, and building trust through everyday interactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage individual youth cases in collaboration with team
- Create a safe, welcoming overnight workplace
- Facilitate daily care, including meal preparation
- Document youth progress and maintain detailed records
- Support transitions to family or less intrusive placements Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Services required
- Experience with trauma informed and cultural practices
- Recent criminal and intervention record checks
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
