We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented drivers to join our growing transportation team. Position Title: AZ Truck Delivery Driver

Location (Start Point): Oshawa, Ontario

Delivery Area: Canada-wide and Canada-U.S.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Schedule: Monday–Saturday or More than 7 days

Start Time: Varies based on route

Responsibilities

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across Canada-wide and Canada–U.S. routes
- Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within assigned region in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Operate tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Secure freight using appropriate equipment such as straps, chains, and load bars, ensuring compliance with load-securement standards
- Transport general freight in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs.
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including e-logs, inspection reports, delivery paperwork, and incident reports
- Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures
- Maintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as required

Core Requirements





- Valid AZ driver's license (manual transmission required)
- Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada and travel to US
- Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract
- Verifiable recent commercial driving experience within the past 3 months to 1 year
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations, hours of service, and load securement
- Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditions
- Ability to accurately complete eLogs, vehicle inspection reports, and delivery documentation
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a qualified, safety-focused approach

Role-Specific Requirements (Apply As Applicable)

- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class 1 / AZ driving experience
- Legally eligible to enter the United States with valid documentation
- 6 months of Cross-border and Canada-Wide driving experience
- Mountain driving experience considered an asset
- FAST Card considered an asset
- Previous experience operating specialized equipment manual pallet jacks and pump trucks
- Ability to safely perform hand-bombing, including manual loading and unloading of freight, as required
