We have a baby who recently turned 1 year old. Both of us are working professionals originally from India. My wife does work from home and is in and out of meetings. I need to commute to downtown 4 days a week currently for work. We are looking for someone to care for our baby in the afternoon, after lunch, preferably to keep him engaged and put him to sleep primarily.
