Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during events and functions. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their dining experience.

Duties

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area during events.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Clear tables and reset for the next course or event as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and service.

Requirements

- Mandatory availability for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays - As required by event schedules.




- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
