Duties

- Greet clients at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere
- Provide expert hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products
- Upsell retail products by recommending suitable hair care solutions to enhance client results
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare, and product usage




- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon flow
- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on available products and promotions

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service within a retail or salon environment
- Strong hair styling skills with knowledge of current trends and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards according to health regulations
- Experience in upselling products and services to increase revenue opportunities
- Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Passion for helping clients look and feel their best with a positive attitude
