Duties

- Takes and executes customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintains high quality standards in coffee or other item preparation.
- Ensures coffee bar and service station is always maintained and well-stocked.
- Greets, serves, and engages with guests to make them feel welcome and notable.
- Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure the café is always ready for the next team and to welcome our guests from the moment our doors open.




- Cleaning and maintenance of overall café as required.
- Setting up for events at Felice through either our Felice Noir, Felice Market, or Private Event Rentals
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience
- Strong multi-tasking & communication skills
- Showcases initiative
- Exhibits a strong passion for the café industry
- Overall professionalism and high integrity
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
