We are seeking an energetic and dedicated full-time Barista/Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This role combines the art of crafting exceptional coffee and beverages with the leadership skills needed to supervise daily operations. Duties

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items with precision and care
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer interactions
- Manage cash handling using POS systems such as Micros POS, accurately processing transactions
- Oversee food safety practices, including proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist with training current team members in food preparation,



serving techniques, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and front-of-house stations

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food industry setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient cashiering and transaction processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
