What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, matcha beverages, and specialty menu items with skill and consistency
- Operate and maintain espresso machines with confidence and care
- Champion our matcha and healthy food/drink offerings — know the ingredients, the benefits, and the story behind them
- Maintain an extremely clean workstation, following strict health and food safety codes at all times
- Handle simple POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Embody the Wise Town Cafe philosophy in every customer interaction — premium quality, nutritional awareness, and genuine care
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for matcha, healthy food, and healthy drinks
- Experience with espresso machines and barista fundamentals
- An extreme attention to detail and cleanliness — you take hygiene seriously
- Solid understanding of health and safety codes/regulations
- Comfort using a POS system
- A team player who aligns with our philosophy of serving premium, nutrition-forward food and drinks
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude
