We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. Our bar is a small, welcoming establishment with a simple cocktail menu and a relaxed atmosphere. We’re seeking someone who enjoys providing excellent service, working independently, and creating a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, and a selection of classic cocktails.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service while building relationships with guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift.
- Accurately process cash, debit, and credit card transactions using the POS system.
- Follow all Alberta liquor laws, AGLC regulations, and responsible liquor service practices.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties.
- Work independently and efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of serving or bartending experience is required.
- Previous bartending experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid ProServe Certification is required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $15.00 per hour
