Role Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and motivating our sales team. Store Managers work with the store's Sales Manager and Service Manager to deliver excellent customer service, solve day-to-day problems, and execute long-term goals. Responsibilities include:

- Helping a wide variety of customers with all types of bicycle purchases.
- Setting individual and team goals to guide improvement and evaluating staff on key performance indicators.
- Continuous training and coaching of sales staff.
- Scheduling for the sales team, ensuring adequate coverage and adhering to payroll budgets.




- Problem resolution in-store as well as customer follow-up after purchase.
- Providing input on product selection and placement within the store to facilitate sales and create a seamless in-store experience for customers.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year + Team Commission ($2-4/hr) + Robust Quarterly Incentive Program

Job Qualifications

- An avid interest in cycling
- Positive, outgoing, customer service personality
- Calm, levelheaded demeanor in stressful situations
- Comfortable communicating and performing within a team setting
- Experience utilizing Ascend POS system is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
