Job title: Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate (Fluent in French and English)

Our client, provides retail, leasing and wholesale financial services to car dealerships and customers across Canada. They are looking for an Assistant Customer Accounts Associate to join their Collections Team.
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
You will be working within the collections department and assisting with payment procedures and evaluation of total loss and other administrative duties as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due
- Confirm clients’ information and make suitable payment arrangements
- Answering inbound calls
- Assist with Total Loss evaluations and paperwork
- Complete other departmental duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication,
negotiation and decision-making skills
- Must be fully fluent in French and English
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- University Degree or College diploma, preferably in a business-related field
