Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French & English)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and French . If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company databases.
- Create and update spreadsheets to track customer records and orders.
- Verify and update existing customer data to ensure accuracy.
- Process and maintain customer information, financial transactions, inventory records, and other operational data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.





Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – Required
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Technical knowledge or background is considered an asset.

Education & Experience
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shift
